2. Why did my registration fail?
1- Your email address has been registered as a member
- Please change another email address to set up your account. Or you can use the existed email address to retrieve password.
Login > Forgot Password > Username & Email Address> Reset Password
2- Your details is not in English?
- You are advised to use only English letters to fill in your details
3. How to login?
1- Click Login, write your Username and Password
- Login > Username & Password > Sign in
4. Why did my login fail?
1- Please ensure the correct member ID and password. Password is case sensitive, so please ensure your keyboard’s Caps Lock light is off and also make sure there are no extra blank space in the password.
2- If your registered email address and password are correct and you are still unable to sign in successfully, please follow the below steps to set your browsers:
- Please check if your browser if had blocked 3rd party cookies option. If the 3rd party cookies option has been blocked, please enable it
- Or, please be advised to delete cookies
5. Forgot your password?
- Go to Forget Your Passwords, fill in user ID and email address, system will send a new password for you.

- Go to Your Acc, edit your latest details and save it.

7. How to subscribe to our newsletter?
- Go to bottom right Subscribe Now, enter your email and subscribe.

8. How to protect your account?
1. Set a secure password. Use a combination of letters and numbers.
2. Sign in to Senzoni more regularly to ensures your account always stays current.
3. Be cautious when you receive requests for private or sensitive information. Avoid filling out forms in email messages that ask for personal information, such as Member ID, password or credit card info.
4. Use anti-virus software and a firewall to prevent unauthorized parties access to your personal account.
SHOPPING
1. Order by website?
1. Please click the "Add to cart" button to add the items.
2. Simply click on the “Cart” method for to view all the products you had been added to the cart.
3. If you had done your shopping, click on the “Proceed Checkout” to proceed further.
4. To confirm the order, fill in the shipping details to complete the orders.
5. After confirming your order, you will be automatically taken to “Payment” page.
2. Deleting or adding orders?
- Once you click on “add to the cart”, system will automatically combine products into one order for you.
3. How to choose a shipping method?
- Based on your shipping needs, Senzoni offers a variety of shipping companies for you to choose from. Currently we have FEDEX and Pos Laju, you can select any one of the shipping company you wan to use.
4. Order by phone?
- Yes, please Contact Us, or Email Us for any order.
5. For special order?
- Yes, please Contact Us if got any specially order from our manufacturer.
6. Need a catalog?
- All designs can be viewed and ordered on our Products page.
- Or you can personal Contact Us for any enquiries.
7. Dimension size of our products?
- Go to Products, select one of the item, you will be able to view it.
- For ring dimension size, go to TIPS.
8. How do we tell if the product is in stock?
- System will show “out of stock” if the products is not in the stock.
SHIPPING
1. Shipping methods?
- Currently shipping options we have: Fedex and Pos Laju
2. Do we ship outside the Malaysia?
- Anywhere in the world! If country is not listed in our checkout, please Contact Us.
3. Mailing and shipping addresses are different?
- It’s fine, all the orders will be only shipped to shipping address.
4. Duration of delivery?
- Will ship out within 3 working days upon order (Senzoni to forwarder agents)
- If the product is not in stock, please Contact Us.
DISPUTES & RETURNS
1. Return policy?
- Product is not returnable once purchased.
2. Manufacturing defect or wrong delivery items?
- Within 5 working days (same item, color and size as principle)
3. How do I provide evidence to support the manufacturing defect?
1. When the product is defective?
-Please provide us with as much evidence as possible, such as clear photographs, videos and any other information that supports your claim within 5 days of delivery. If you bought more than 2 pieces of the item, you need to provide us with as much evidence as possible that shows the items do not match If the size of your item is wrong, please place the product on a flat surface, measure it with a ruler, then provide us with clear photographs. You also need to take a photograph of the size label.
2. When the product is defective?
-Please contact your local shipping company or post office as soon as possible and provide them with clear pictures in order to start a compensation claim.
3. When the package is detained by customs?
Your package may have been detained for the following reasons:
- A penalty was incurred due to incorrect customs valuation.
- Violation of intellectual property rights or counterfeit products.
- A non-governmental institute has detained the shipment.
- The shipment violates your local regulations.
- Customs clearance delays.

2. How does Senzoni protect my payments?
- Your transactions are always secured by us. So, pay securely with your credit card without exposing your details.
3. Why did my payment fail?
- Card security code failed
- Please note that an incorrect card security code could cause payment failure. Card security code is the short numeric code on the back of your credit card. Please make sure you have entered the correct card security code and try again.
4. Insufficient fund
- If you meet the insufficient fund error log when you make payment by credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that payment for your order does not exceed your credit limit. Please also make sure you have used a Visa or MasterCard personal credit card to finish payment, because at present debit card or business card is unable to be supported.
